RUSTIC CAMPING, no hookups:

  • Grassy sites, Lakeview, No hookups.
  • All sites have picnic table and fire ring with grill topper.
  • Parking at site for up to 2 vehicles.
  • Public restrooms with free hot showers and dish sink with drinkable water.
  • Site #s: 21, 22, 25A, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35.
  • These sites can accommodate up to 1 large or 2 smaller tents per site.  Truck Campers, Camper vans, small teardrop size trailers, motorcycle trailers, etc.
  • Site #s 25A, 25, 28, 34, 35 have trees for hammock option. (may need long tie lines)
  • 2022 rates:
    • $35 nightly (plus $2 reservation fee per night).  Total: $37 nightly
    • Price includes immediate family or up to 4 adults.
    • Extra Adults $5 night per person.
      • If you have 7+ adults, or more than 2 tents, you need a second site.

CAMPING, with water & electric Hookups:

  • Grassy sites, Lakeview, Water & Electric (20amp) hookups.
  • All sites have picnic table and fire ring with grill topper.
  • Parking at site for up to 2 vehicles.
  • Public restrooms with free hot showers and dish sink with drinkable water.
  • Site #s: 24, 24A are available for short or long stays and can accommodate up to 16′ trailer.
  • Site #s: 14-19 are seasonally rented.
  • These sites can accommodate up to 1 large or 2 smaller tents per site.  Truck Campers, Camper vans, small teardrop size trailers, motorcycle trailers, etc. If you have a camper or van of any sort, we do not also allow a tent. Please reserve another site.
  • 2022 rates:
    • $40 nightly (plus $2 reservation fee per night).  Total: $42 nightly
    • Price includes immediate family or up to 4 adults.
    • Extra Adults $5 night per person.
      • 7+ adults or more than 2 tents need a second site.

CAMPING, with Water, Electric and Septic:

  • Currently all our 3-way sites are seasonally rented. We do have a waiting list for new seasonal guests; please call or stop by to learn more.
  • Gravel & grassy sites, Lakeview, Water, Electric (20amp), and Septic hookups.
  • All sites have picnic table and fire ring with grill topper.
  • Parking near site for 1- 2 vehicles.
  • Site #s: 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 13A.
  • Sites can accommodate up to approx. 36′ travel trailer or 5th wheel.
  • Back-in only.
  • 2022 Rates: Please call for seasonal rates.

CAMPING CHECK-IN PROCEDURE:

  • Check-in time: 2 pm – 8pm, Check-out time: 12 pm. 
  • Upon arrival, please check in to register, confirm site, and pay any balance due.
    • Balance Due: US Cash, Check or Credit/Debit cards accepted.
    • Checks must be made made out to Camp Skyland, LLC, payable in US funds.
    • A processing fee will be added to all credit/debit charges.
  • Late Arrivals: We ask that you plan to arrive before 8pm when our office closes. Please call us to arrange a late arrival if you your plans change and you expect to be checking in after 8 pm. Skyland becomes very dark after sunset and our sites can be difficult to find in the dark, and it becomes dangerous to other campers as our sites are not on a road.
  • No-Shows: If you don’t arrive or call before noon the day after your scheduled arrival, the remainder of your stay will be cancelled; no show with no call = no refunds, no transfers.
  • Site Assignment: Specific site is subject to change without notice at discretion of management. While we do our best to accommodate your selection of site, we may need to move you due to site conditions, to accommodate more guests, groups, etc.

CAMPING DEPOSIT POLICY:  Please note that we have updated our Deposit, Transfer and Cancellation policy. Please read below for the new policies.

  • For stays of 1-4 nights, payment equal to full stay is due upon making a reservation.
  • Stays of 5+ nights, minimum 50% total is due as deposit.
  • If making any reservation of any length within 7 days of arrival, full, non-refundable payment must be made to secure the reservation.
  • Balance is due upon check-in.
  • Reservation is not guaranteed until deposit is paid.
  • A processing fee will be added to all credit/debit charges. ($2 per night/per site)

CAMPING CANCELLATIONS/TRANSFERS:

  • Within 14 days of arrival date, no refund, no transfer
  • Before 15 days of arrival date: Full refund less first night ($37) cancellation fee, OR full transfer within season.
  • No transfers or refunds granted due to weather, illness, or early departure.
  • Only one transfer per reservation will be considered.
  • Transfers only valid during current summer season. 
  • No deposits will be rolled over to following year.

CABINS: CLIFFSIDE CABINS:

  • 2022 Cliffside Cabin rates:
    •  Our Cliffside Cabins now have a 2 night minimum.
    • Any stay of less than 1 week has a $50 cleaning charge.
    • $120/night plus 9% R&M taxes & fees: TOTAL 2 nights: $327
    • $650/week plus 9% R&M taxes & fees: TOTAL weekly: $750
    • Deposit for any Cliffside Cabin stay is $275, or full payment if 1-4 nights.
    • Discount for balance paid in cash or check.
  • Cliffside cabins are 1 room, rustic cabins, all with screen rooms.
  • Private shower, toilet, sink.
  • Bedding (pillows, blankets, sheets) provided & placed in bureau drawers.
  • Extra blankets are available by request at office.
  • Hand towels and washcloths provided.
  • No larger bath or beach towels provided, please bring your own.
  • Sitting area in screen room with table, chairs.
  • Power & water in cabins. Parking near each cabin.
  • Small refrigerator, 2 burner hotplate, dish drainer, dish pan provided; no dishes or pots/pans.
  • Cliffside cabins sleep 2-4 people, with different bedding options. Please let us know how many people you have as we cannot have more people than beds in the rooms.
    • Cliffside 1 & 2: queen bed (sleeps 2)
    • Cliffside 3,7: Double/full bed and single bed (sleeps 3)
    • Cliffside 4,5,6: Double/full bed and single bunk beds (sleeps 4)
    • Cliffside 8: Queen bed and single bed (sleeps 3)
  • Since our cabins are not insulated, Spring/fall guests may want to bring extra blankets. Summer guests may want to bring fans.
  • Cliffside cabins share a community fire pit and picnic area next to Cliffside 8.
  • If you have special travel needs, we do have some bath towels available. Please inquire.
  • A limited number of kitchen totes are available for rent for $40 weekly. Please inquire.

CABINS: HILLSIDE CABINS, C/D

  • 2022 Housekeeping Cabin rates:
    •  Our Housekeeping Cabins now have a 3 night minimum.
    • $140/night plus 9% R&M taxes, & fees: TOTAL 3 nights: $561
    • $775/week plus 9% R&M taxes, & fees: TOTAL weekly: $890
    • Deposit for any Housekeeping Cabin stay is $325, or full payment if 1-4 nights.
    • Discount for balance paid in cash or check.
  • Hillside cabins are 2 room, rustic cabins, all with full eat-in kitchens.
  • Private shower, toilet, lavatory sink in each cabin.
  • Bedding (pillows, blankets, sheets) provided & placed in bureau drawers.
  • Extra blankets are available by request at office.
  • Hand towels and washcloths provided.
  • No larger bath or beach towels usually provided, please bring your own.
  • Sitting area in kitchen with table and chairs.
  • Power & water in cabins. Parking near each cabin.
  • Housekeeping cabins have full-sized refrigerator, gas oven/stove, sink. Pots, pans, dishes, silverware, glasses also provided.
  • Housekeeping cabins also have a coffeepot, toaster, crockpot. Some baking and specialty items also. Coffee Filters provided.
  • Hillside cabins sleep 4-6 people, with different bedding options. Please let us know how many people you have as we cannot have more people than beds in the rooms.
    • Hillside 1: Queen bed, single bed, single bunks (sleeps 5)
    • Hillside 2: Queen bed, single bed, single bunks (sleeps 5)
    • Hillside 3: Queen bed, 2 single beds (sleeps 4)
    • Cabins C/D rent as a housekeeping unit. It is unique in our cabins as it has 2 separate cabins with bedding in each. Sleeps a total of 6 persons.
      • C has: Queen bed, and 2 single beds (sleeps 4). Private toilet, lavatory sink, shower.
      • D has: Double/full bed (sleeps 2). Private toilet, lavatory sink, full kitchen & eat-in dining area.
  • Since our cabins are not insulated, Spring/fall guests may want to bring extra blankets. Summer guests may want to bring fans.
  • Each housekeeping cabin has a private fire pit and picnic table with lake views.
  • If you have special travel needs, we do have some bath towels & a limited supply of other kitchen items available to borrow. Please inquire.

Please let us know on your arrival day if you will be a late arrival so we can make proper arrangements for check-in.

  • Specific cabin is subject to change without notice at discretion of management, particularly on stays of less than a week. While we do our best to accommodate your cabin selection, we may need to move you due to cabin conditions, to accomodate more guests, groups, etc.

  • Cancellations within 60 days, no deposit refund, no transfer
  • Greater than 60 days notice: deposit refund given, less first night per week, or transfer within same season
  • Only one transfer per reservation will be considered
  • No transfers/refunds granted due to weather, illness, or early departure
  • Transfers only available during same year; no year to year deposit transfer
